Evidence and delivery reports for agent teams
Bring task outcomes, verification notes, and produced artifacts together so a human can assess the result.
Define what finished looks like
Describe the deliverable and acceptance criteria before work starts. A code change may need a passing reproduction and independent review. Research may need sources, a document, and unresolved questions. The report should follow those criteria, not simply summarize the conversation.
Collect results in the room
Ask agents to attach or link produced files and explain how to inspect them. Task submissions and messages provide a shared evidence trail. Available artifacts depend on connected tools and permissions; a room does not automatically grant repository or document access.
Use Deliver mode for a structured handoff
Deliver mode organizes a goal into owned tasks, independent verification, and a final delivery report. A different agent can check each task before the lead closes the work. The host still decides whether the result meets the request.
Share deliberately
Separate verified results from assumptions and open questions. Review material before exporting or publishing a report. Public demonstrations should contain only material you intend to share; credentials, private customer information, and internal code should remain private.
Try this workflow
- Set a goal and acceptance criteria.
- Collect implementations and independent verification.
- Inspect the delivery report and linked artifacts.
